How much do you cost?
Our pricing structure is simple, we charge £30 per hour. We work with you to offer the tailored support you need.
Do I receive support from both Helen and Rosy at the same time?
We work separately, with our own clients. However, working closely we can step in and support the other should there be the need, ensuring you receive the support and cover when you need it most.
I’m really not sure what support I need?
We understand entirely, please do contact us to set up an initial ‘Hello’ call. We can openly chat through your needs and see if we are the right support for you.
What hours do you work?
We offer flexible hours to best serve your needs, rather than only providing 9-5 support. We're committed to being responsive and resolving your queries efficiently. We will always be open and transparent and agree deadlines in advance.
Are you insured and is my data safe?
Yes - we have professional indemnity insurance with Policy Bee and we have protected your data and ourselves by registering with the Information Commissioner’s Office for data protection.
Do we sign contracts?
Yes, we ask all parties to sign a Data Processing Agreement (DPA), an agreement between a data controller (your business) and a data processor (Balfour Haines) ensuring any personal data processed is conducted for business purposes. (A DPA is also known as a GDPR data processing agreement).
We also ask each client to sign our terms and conditions which includes a confidentiality agreement for both parties’ reassurance.
Have you received any training?
Both Rosy and Helen are graduates of the Advanced Virtual Assistant Academy course, ensuring we deliver the very best standard in virtual assistant support.
